The trail we hiked today is Sendero (trail) de los Arrayanes (a type of myrtle). It’s in the National Park Nahuel Huapi and basically winds from Puerto Pañuelo to Lago Moreno through a lot of bamboo, an arrayanas forest and some coihues. Plus there were great views of Lago Moreno and the mountains.
I wasn’t sure where the trail went when I started, but I saw the trailhead and figured we’d give it a try. I ran into some folks at the overlook and they gave me a little map from their hotel. Hopefully, it will help me out on another hike to two.
I packed Anders in the Ergo and he slept part of the way, and pulled my hair and pinched me the rest of the way. I guess he gets bored back there. He likes to hang out the side and try to get me to look back at him.

After the hike we hung out at the cabaña. Anders loves his board books. He likes to carry them around, he likes to put them in the bathtub, and he likes to bring them to me or Henry and sit on our lap for a reading. I brought about 6 of his favorite books with us and we read each one about 10 times a day. He loves those books and never gets tired of them.
