Apple cider

On Saturday I picked a boat load of apples from the neighbors’ tree. There are so many apples on that tree!

We took the apples to Rocky Creek Farm and had them pressed into cider. By cider, I mean super delicious cider. We came home with 12 half-gallon jugs. Fortunately we have the freezer our friends gave us, because no one can drink that much cider. One jug will go to our generous apple donating neighbors and one to Big H because he is a professed apple cider lover. The rest–I guess we’ll drink throughout the year.

Also at Rocky Creek Farm: playing in the hay forts, petting goats and pumpkin picking.
